Every March since 1993, the outport of Champneys West, on Trinity Bay, has hosted a "concert." Now grown into a 3-day event, it draws crowds from far and wide for the hilarious skits and Newfoundland Music. The concert is the major source of funding for the communtiy centre, playgrounds and hiking trails. You will enjoy this authentic slice of outport humour!
