Rod Jackson is one of the strongest entertainers that the Newfoundland music industry has seen in quite some time. His brand of music is unique, original, and crosses many formats, offering something for everyone .Rod Jackson is a 2 time ECMA Nominee for Country Artist, for 2001 and 2004. His new CD, entitled "Be My Hands" is now available. The new CD was produced by Vaughn Rowsell, who Produced and Engineered Jackson's CD Debut, "She Still Guides Me", which won Country Artist of the Year at the MIA Awards.
Rod Jackson's full stage show sizzles from start to finish, and includes fifteen feet high flames, pyrotechnic waterfalls, sonic booms... even fireworks!!! Rod Jackson has performed on the same stage as Nellie Furtado, Tom Cochrane, Julian Austin, Jason McCoy, the Tea Party, Crush, Chilliwack, and The Moffatts, and has played as far North as Edmonton, Alberta, and as far South as Orlando,Florida.
