The song "Hockey Days" is a tribute to all parents, past and present, who unselfishly bring their kids to the hockey rink day after day. The CD also features the tribute song "Where Are You Now, Gordie Howe?", which Bob wrote for his hockey hero Gordie Howe. The touching and heartfelt ballad "Kaitlyn's Song" was written in memory of young girl who succumbed to leukemia. The remaining eight songs are based on many of Bob's past adventures and experiences.
