The Hard And The Easy is the 9th release from the St. John's based, Juno-nominated band that fuses Newfoundland traditional music with modern pop. The entire album is a Newfoundland songbook of traditional songs that were selected for how they speak of Newfoundland music, history, labour and love.

GBS will launch The Hard And The Easy with 7 exclusive and intimate listening sessions 7 cities (St. John's, Halifax, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton & Vancouver) the week before release.
