Julia Bursey George
Julia Bursey George was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, where she still lives today. Trained as a graphic artist, she is probably better known for her teaching and the line of decorative art designs that she markets across North America.
The paintings of Julia Bursey George are an eclectic mix that range from the portrayal of traditional Newfoundland scenes with a reminiscent quality to art and with a more modern, dramatic approach. Her love of strong color is evident throughout her work.
