Newfoundland Savoury Fish
Ingredients:
2 pounds of fresh fish fillets
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp of Newfoundland Savoury
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsps of butter
Arrange fillets in bottom of casserole dish.
Combine bread crumbs, chopped onion and Newfoundland Savoury. Toss well
Cover the fillets with the stuffing. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cut butter in pieces and dot over top of stuffing. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
