Chicken or Turkey Stuffing

2 lg onions, finely chopped
10-12 potatoes (medium)
1 & 1/2 tbsp Newfoundland Savoury
2 cups bread crumbs
Salt to taste

Boil potatoes until tender and salt to taste. Once cooked, drain and mash thoroughly. While still hot, add onions and margarine and mix well. Add savoury, mix well again. Sprinkle in bread crumbs, mixing accordingly. In a 9x 13" pan, place mixture and pat down until flattened. Coat top with a little bit of margarine, and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Place in oven at 425'F until lightly brown and serve while hot. Serves 8-10 people.
