2 1/2 cups North Star Peas
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium carrot chopped
1/4 cup cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine first 3 ingredients and boil gently for 3 hours. Add vegetables and simmer for 1/2 hour more. When ready to serve add cream.
